This policy explains what information Business Website Themes collects when you use this website, how we use it and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use the contact or submission forms we store your name, email address and message so we can reply.
- Free downloads. To download a free template we ask for your first name, email address and, optionally, your last name. We store them in our contact list together with the template you downloaded. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We also set one cookie (
bwt_lead) so you don’t have to fill in the form again on this browser. - Purchases. Premium purchases are processed by Wix. Wix and its payment providers handle your payment details; we receive order information such as your name, email and the items purchased.
- Usage data. Our hosting provider (Wix) may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to operate and secure the site. We also count template downloads in aggregate.
Live previews and third parties
Live previews load content from third parties: WordPress previews run on WordPress Playground (playground.wordpress.net), and other demos are served by their authors’ websites. Free downloads are delivered by the template’s official source (for example WordPress.org or GitHub). These services have their own privacy policies.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and review template submissions
- To deliver free downloads and, with your consent, send you updates about new templates
- To deliver purchases and provide support
- To keep the site secure and understand which templates are useful
We don’t sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
